Hi Willard, something I realized I didn't explain is that many times, I'll cover the doughs up, and leave them in the fridge for 2 days, and then .... will pop them into the freezer. I guess when u record video and talk at the same time, it isn't as good as just recording the video and then adding an audio track later, where you have more time to think about things and describe things better.
Can't wait to fire up the 2Stone for the first time this season !

I see you measure the way I do, I think it's a good idea though to weigh the dough balls out. It helps a lot if you are looking for more consistent results. - willard
