2Stone friends

Artisan pizza & flat bread connoisseurs.

I bought the 15 inch 2Stone Oven and making pizza with it was a great experience. Willard was very helpful and quick on the emails and answering my questions. Go to the videos section to see the 2Stone in action, and check out some of the pics i uploaded too in the pics section. The video page has the info on what percentages i used for the dough. Thanks again Willard, you are a genius! With your invention, people at home can make really great pizzas!

Hey, pizza jam, nice job! Congrats on the new oven!

I'm about to post a couple pics of the first "real" pizzas that I made with my oven... and I used fresh mozz (cryovac Precious brand sold in the meat dept deli area... with the pegged bags of shredded cheese and such) and it is WONDERFUL! If you like my pics and you can find it in your area, give it a try!

Its shredded kraft mozzarella cheese you can buy in walmart. I've use fresh mozzarella balls from an italian deli and i don't like it much on pizzas, i don't like how it just melts away.

I'm using strianese DOP san marzano tomatoes though. I just crush the tomatoes and used the sauce as-is without any spices. It tastes so fresh and great!
