So, this past May 13th, was the day ! Yup, I fired up my new 2Stone oven for the first time this spring. It was the first real try out of the oven too. Sure, I got my new 2Stone pizza oven last October, but growing up in Canada, we get very bad winters, and October already has sub-zero temps, and so I never got to really try out my oven.
