The latest 2stone pizza creation!

This is the latest creation... a nod to my heritage!



It's sausage, mushrooms and onions with a simple tomato sauce to which I added dried basil, garlic powder and dried oregano. I used Polly-O mozz and imported King's Choice fontina. It was absolutely delicious! I also made my usual… Continue

2stone DELIGHT...and bread!

Here's my latest creation... and another further down... It only gets better!! LOVE my 2stone!!



Time to post photos of the latest pizzas... made a few days ago! These were baked at ~700 degrees for about 2 minutes... when I brought the first pizza in, DH said "Wow! That was fast!"

The first pizza... an appetizer!

Additional photos... of the "appetizer pizza" I made night before last... I took a 7 oz dough ball (made 4 of them from the JerryMac recipe from pizzamaking.com since I know how that tastes made in my home oven with stone) stretched it out to about 9" and coated all but a half-inch rim with EVOO... and slid it onto the stone which was at about 650 F. Didn't time how long it was in there, just pulled it out when it was nicely browned, which was probably about 3 minutes. Then, I put several spoons… Continue
