what was the name of that yeast you reccomended before willard..how can i make a cheap proofing area...... and how much would it cost for your branding and how would i get it.. things a re tight at moment ..having planning prob with my pizza trail...

Hi Paul, I don't have a pizza wine bar... I just make pizza at home using the 2 stone. I use Paul Rinehart's dough recipe.
