Sharon Crosetto resides in Redmond, Wa and is married to her wonderful husband Tony Crosetto. We have three fabulous children all grown and out of the house-We love being empty nesters!
Sharon was previously a Marketing Event Manager for the Automotive Business Unit at Microsoft Corporation. The Automotive Business Unit works with the auto industry to promote the adoption of in-car mobile computing devices and telematics services, and works directly with consumers to create voice controlled software applications for mobile devices.
As a Marketing Event manager, Crosetto was responsible for marketing Microsoft Windows Mobile software and Windows CE automotive software. Her duties include working with high level marketing teams to lead consumer and industry research projects, managing trade shows and conferences, and launching new channel marketing and packaging operations for mobile device software. Her experience and success in managing all Automotive Business Unit trade shows and conferences earned her the "BEST OF SHOW AWARD" at the 2002 SAE Digital Car Conference & Exhibition - a first for Microsoft.
Crosetto also manages the Automotive Business Unit's multi-million dollar marketing budget to provide cost-effective resources, including property and collateral to ensure marketing objectives are achieved. Crosetto's networking abilities also enabled the Automotive Business Unit to secure high-level speaking opportunities, and place important officials to support marketing strategies and grow the business.
Before joining Microsoft in 1999, Crosetto spent several years at Chateau Ste. Michelle winery hired as a culinary supervisor and went on to manage the summer concerts series and all company events.
Tony and I enjoy outdoor life here in Redmond, Washington regardless of the weather-tends to rain a bit here... Our backyard is a great place to relax, enjoy wine, and bake fresh pizza!
