Stone temperture vs Oven temperature
Willard,
Are you figuring the air temperature is 200 degrees above the stone temperature?
So at 625 degree stone temperature the air (oven) temperature is about 825 degrees?

Thanks for the good wishes! Winning a 2-stone is about the only way I'm gonna get my hands on one for a while... I won't go into my sob story, but let's just say that, through no fault of my own, money is tight right now! If I still had my old job, I would have been one of Willard's first customers!
