Artisan pizza & flat bread connoisseurs.

I thought I would post a question tonight, asking what type of dough you use for your pita breads ( a general question to everyone reading this )

I have to be honest, and say I don't have a special recipe. I just use my regular pizza dough recipe, and I have have amazing results with it. My family loves it, and so do I.

If anyone wants to chat about this, that would be great.

Frosty,

I haven't taken the time to accurately calculate and write down what I do. I do use a 50/50 mix of All Purpose Flour or Bread Flour and Whole Wheat Flour and I use a shorter fermentation time at room temperature. I found what looks like a great video at Uknead Pita Video which may be a place to start. -willard
